All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location and the size of your order. Delivery times vary by region and shipping method but typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your door.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and select international countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Preorders & Delayed Items
If your order includes a preorder item or a product on backorder, we will ship your order once all items are available. We may split shipments if needed at no extra charge to ensure faster delivery of available items.
